There's no place to notify anyone when something goes wrong. People need their checks, they don't get them, no one will answer calls, won't talk to spouses. Checks never showing up or have a problem. This leaves people in a bind and there's no one to complain to OR find out what's going on and when their check will come because the unemployment office in Columbia,SC won't answer the phone and when they do, you get the run-around most of the time. What is wrong with this agency???!!!??? You need some kind of notification when something goes wrong with someone's check, they should be told what that is instead of them panicking and not being able to get hold of ANYONE or find out ANYTHING. It's very upsetting and frustrating and when the check doesn't show up, causes untold financial problems. This is actually a complaint about unemployment.
